Private Instruction provides the ultimate in personal training. Each class is tailored to the needs of the student which allows them to receive additional help in troubled areas. Upon completion of basic training students will be teamed up to begin training on application of techniques. Private lessons are scheduled and occur at the same time every week.

Group instruction is comprised of students close in age and ability. With a goal of practice and successful application each class consists of skills training, drills, and conditioning. Martial arts training requires dedication and consistency. Students are constantly honing and learning skills. Therefore, we encourage students to plan on training at least two to three times per week.
